Wetness! Greyness!

A meeting of the Friday Morning Group AAD and to morning reading…

12.17    David, Hugh the Fierce of the DGM Art Department and Nicky Bookkeeper are in, but Mr. Stormy is absent with a malfunctioning vehicle.

The sun comes and goes I…

The Valley postman has just delivered this…

My French-speaking is awful, an insult to my Galic chums; and French reading a little better, at terrible. On the first page of Avant 1969 I see errors: Don Strike was not a Reinhardt player, and my third guitar (the first that was playable) was a Hofner (not Hohner) President. I’m not sure whether copyright permissions were obtained for the use of KC images…

… but I do not recall being approached.

But hey! We all know that Fripp is unhelpful and a spiky individual, one with whom direct contact is best avoided.

Greyness of the weather aspect has returned to the street.

17.44    An e-fury abated for David to conduct a kitchen interview…

… with answers to important questions relayed by Declan Panegyric to be transcribed and included in the LTIA Anniversary Edition.

Aides memoires, as en parle en francais…

A meeting with Hugh in the Art Department, enquiring as to the time, place and persons of a series of Mel, Boz and Ian KC photos. Dee Anthony (Five Families Of NYC / The Beachwood Reporter) was in the pix, on the US Earthbound tour (Spring 1972).

Officing done, car loaded, shortly off.

20.56    Travelling via Wilton, calling in to visit Mr. Romain of Romain’s Emporium Of Ageing Objects Most Of Which You May Acquire. Mr. Romain demonstrated the effectiveness of a pair of new-old chairs, from a family of his acquaintance…

Arriving in Bredonborough at 20.29 to the Minx, who contrives to make me jump by hiding in unexpected places and appearing suddenly; which she did, behind the front door as I was loading in.

WillyFred appears keen for me to make a fuss of him. As also does the Minx.

It will be so.
